Garry is an army veteran and a hospital porter.
He has been living with long COVID for over 16 months. On his recovery journey Garry completed the pilot Hope Programme course for people living with long COVID.
He continues to be actively involved in long COVID research with Coventry University and our social enterprise.

I love my swimming and I've always loved water sports, so for me water is a go to place. A familiar, if that makes sense."
