I am originally from South Africa.
My Hope journey started when I became addicted to Alcohol and my addiction took a strong hold over me during the COVID lockdown. Leading me to a dark depression, even thoughts of wanting to end my life and no way out. At the age of 40 I did not believe my path had taken me so low.
It has been the unimaginable journey of hope to freedom of self.
I have struggled through my demons and saw the light at the end of the tunnel and found hope. I have worked hard for my sobriety, finding many wonderful things along the way.
I am now 6 months sober and living life to the fullest. My art gives me a platform to express myself and share it with you.
When looking for the answers, I found Hope and beautiful friends that have supported me.
Hope is my reward at the end of the unimaginable journey I took.
