Self management interventions like the Hope Programme reduce health care costs and improve quality of life. 


The Hope Programme and iHope Programme are face-to-face and digital courses, respectively, which empower people to manage their health and wellbeing and to flourish in their working and personal lives.

The courses are based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy and rooted in research evidence.
