Universities of York and Southampton and Hope For the Community CIC have partnered to deliver a research study and 2 fee free online group self-management courses called the Hope Programme in 2021.

50 places on each course available on first come, first serve basis.

The courses are funded by Leeds Cares - the official charity partner of Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
